Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EasySIM mobile application and related services operated by Ocean Tel Group ("we", "our", or "us"). By using EasySIM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

EasySIM provides the following services:

• eSIM data plans for 200+ countries
• VPN (Virtual Private Network) service
• International calling via SIP/VoIP
• Virtual phone numbers
• AI-powered assistant features

2. Account Registration

To use EasySIM, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. eSIM Plans

• All eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable once the eSIM profile has been installed on your device.
• Data plans are valid for the duration stated at time of purchase. Unused data does not carry over after expiry.
• Coverage and network speeds depend on local network operators and may vary by location.
• EasySIM is not responsible for network outages or service interruptions caused by third-party network operators.
• Some plans may have fair-use policies. Excessive use may result in speed throttling.

4. Payments and Wallet

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other approved payment gateways.
• Wallet credits added to your account are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund wallet credits if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension.

5. VPN Service

• The VPN service is provided for lawful purposes only.
• You may not use the VPN for illegal activities, including but not limited to: hacking, distributing malware, copyright infringement, or accessing restricted content in violation of applicable law.
• We reserve the right to suspend VPN access for users who violate these terms.
• VPN speeds and availability may vary depending on server load and your location.

6. Calling and Virtual Numbers

• Calling rates are displayed in the app and are subject to change.
• Virtual phone numbers are rented on a monthly basis. Numbers not renewed will be released.
• You may not use our calling services for spam, robocalling, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
• Emergency services (911, 999, 112, etc.) may not be available through our VoIP service. Do not rely on EasySIM for emergency calls.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EasySIM for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software
• Resell or redistribute our services without prior written authorization
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse our services or payment systems
• Engage in fraudulent activity including card testing, chargebacks abuse, or identity fraud

8. Refund Policy

• eSIM plans that have not been installed may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Contact support@ocean-tel.uk.
• Installed eSIM plans are non-refundable.
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
• Calling credits used are non-refundable.
• Refunds are at our sole discretion and will be credited to your wallet or original payment method.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining wallet balance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySIM and Ocean Tel Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

EasySIM services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Network coverage and data speeds depend on third-party providers outside our control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EasySIM after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
